Start by selecting the “Settings” icon on your phone.

On the next screen, select ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars’

Select “Add Account…”

Select “Other”

Select “Add Mail Account”

Enter your Name, Email Address and Password. A description is optional and will be seen only by you.

The values you just entered will appear at the top. Please verify that the username is the full email address and not just the first portion. Scroll down, and you will be asked for a host name and user name. The password will already be filled in. Your username is generally your email address. Enter your host name as provided within your setup email.  Enter the exact same information beneath the Outgoing Mail Server information, adding your password as well (this is NOT “Optional”).  When finished, hit Next at the top right of the screen.

On older phones, you may see this. Select “Continue” when you see this message.

Select “Save” from the top right.
